Genuine Nissan Fluids & Chemicals
Nissan fluids are named by specification, and using the wrong one is an easy mistake to make. This category puts the genuine Nissan fluids, oils, sealants and service chemicals in one place, from Matic transmission fluids and power steering fluid to long life coolant, brake fluid and diesel exhaust fluid.
Transmission, Steering, Coolant and Brake Fluids by Spec
Automatic transmission fluids
Each Matic fluid matches a family of transmissions. Matic R, 999MP-MTR00P, is sold by the liter for the 2022 to 2026 Pathfinder and carries the Lifeguard 9 specification. Matic S, 999MP-MAT00S, is listed for transmissions that call for Matic J or S, Matic K, 999MP-MTK00P, is for applications that specify Matic D, and Matic D itself is 999MP-AA100P. D3M, 999MP-ATFD3MP, is listed as a diesel transfer case fluid.
Gear and differential oils
Manual gearboxes and differentials use their own oils. The category lists 75W-85 manual transmission fluid 999MP-MTF00NP, MT-XZ 75W-80 gearbox oil KE916-99071P, synthetic GL-5 75W-85 differential oil 999MP-DF500P, hypoid 75W-80 999MP-DF300P and synthetic 75W-90 gear oil 999MP-G75W90P. For limited slip axles there is an 80W-90 GL-5 gear oil, 999MP-1XGPP0P.
Steering, coolant and brakes
Power Steering Fluid II, 999MP-AG200P, is listed for the 2018 to 2026 Frontier, 2016 to 2024 Titan, 2020 and 2021 NV and 2023 and newer GT-R, next to standard PSF 999MP-AG000P and electric power steering fluid 999MP-EPSF00P. Blue long life coolant comes premixed 50/50 as 999MP-L25500P or as concentrate 999MP-L255QTP, and green coolant is 999MP-AF000P. For brakes, DOT 4 fluid 999MP-1LM6D4 comes in a liter, and the R35 GT-R has its own brake fluid, KN9U0-40001.
Oil, DEF and service chemicals
Engine oils include 0W-20 synthetic 999PK-000W20N and 5W-30 synthetic blend 999PK-05W30NN. Diesel owners will find genuine diesel exhaust fluid 999MP-NDEFP in 2.5 gallon containers, and fuel system cleaner 999MP-FSC00P is listed as well. Other brands in this category
The category also carries ZAK Products service chemicals, such as the B304 battery service kit and the TSF200 GDI intake cleaning service. These are listed under their own brand, not as genuine Nissan fluids. Check your owner's manual for the specification your vehicle needs, then match it to the fluid name on the listing.
