Return Policy

Damaged Items/Incorrect Orders

All orders need to be inspected for damages and/or errors within 72 hours of delivery and reported to partsfornissans.com. If a part is damaged or it is not the correct item for the car, it must be noted via an email, voicemail, or personal contact with one of the partsfornissans.com salespeople within this alloted window. No claims will be accepted if the order is beyond this time frame.

Return Policy

Within 30 business days of placing your order you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 30 business days.  All parts must be in their original condition, not used or “tried”, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. All parts must also be returned with all of the original packaging.  All official Nissan boxes, bags, etc. must be returned with the item. It must be in new resellable condition. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, lodging expenses or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. There are no refunds on shipping / handling charges. If you want us to generate a return shipping label for you, the price of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are NO returns on airbags, inflators, pretensioners, seatbelts, ecm's, pdm's, bcm's, ipdm's or any installed electrical component.

Return Procedure

To return a core or part(s) we need your order number, name, email  address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be  packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.

All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. Any special order items (items not in stock) from the factory cancelled before being shipped are also subject to a 20% restocking fee if the item has already been shipped out from the factory.
